Self-Defense for Women (with Tim Larkin)

The more of self-defense expert, founder of Target Focus Training, and author Tim Larkin that I am exposed to, the more I love and respect him and his teaching. 


When I began this post, it was my intention to give you several videos to look at showing different self-defense techniques and different teachers.  I'm not though because the video below is an excellent beginning step.  Tim not only explains what to do, but he also explains why...what those moves do to the body...why you can feel secure in your ability with 4 simple moves


So rather than give you many things to look at and many options to memorize, I think I will keep this simple.  Simple is memorable. 


Watch this one video over and over again and practice the moves on your own.
